3-30 15:56. Below is White Lake, part of the Lower Klamath Wildlife Refuge that is on land reclaimed from Lower Klamath Lake. Prior to the Klamath Reclamation Project, Upper Klamath Lake would fill Lower Klamath Lake before sending spring floods, if available, down the Klamath River. Upper Klamath lake is some twenty miles to the north.
