7-5   16:36. A double-crested cormorant and unidentified shorebirds make themselves at home in a flooded pasture.  Soon, the cows will return. Within the Tule Lake Basin, there are thousands, if not millions, of micro and macro cycles at work. Many, if not most, of these cycles are unknown to us.  There is so  much that is not understood, and so much to appreciate, like a simple morning in a flooded pasture. Do not believe everything you are told or shown.
